5 miles (thanks to 2 wrong turns) of rolling hills, criss crossing a little stream, and a wee bit of walking along a narrow path on the edge of a 200 foot drop. A perfect weekend hike!

Walnut Canyon National Monument is one of the cool

Walnut Canyon National Monument is one of the coolest places I've been. I visited as a kid and have been wanting to come back ever since. Today we drove right past it on the way to Holbrook and stopped. It's every bit as amazing as I remembered! They even had parking for the rv.
